Went quiet tonight on purpose. Cooked salmon in the cast-iron, blistered some green beans, threw in a bit of rice—nothing crazy, just real. Felt like hitting pause and owning my space again. It’s wild how a simple meal can snap you back to ‘you’re still here.’ Mad grateful for the grind, the sunshine, and a solid week… but lowkey still wondering if I’m building or just busy. Either way, I’m learning to chill with that question.
