Milestone days always feel a bit strange. The model improved, but the questions just got tougher—wedge or platform, clarity or ambiguity, thesis or revenue. I’m not convinced rushing certainty helps when there’s still stuff to figure out. Still, the next phase feels like it needs more discipline, less optimism. Just sitting with that for a bit.
