cold water shock and coffee before my brain could object, eggs and fruit all lined up like i’m on top of things 😅 denise hit me up on her break all lowkey worried if i’m eating enough—told her yep, eating good, sleep? eh, no, but no drama. training’s been solid, sun’s out, i’m grateful but lowkey wondering if i’m building or just busy. either way, today was a win. be smart today.
