Not my smoothest Pilates class - knocked the speaker off the reformer, nearly unleashed my FULL gym voice, finished 20 minutes late, and yet everyone stayed, breathed, and left looking less terrified… Shannon Price and I are calling that a SWEATY WIN!!! 😅
