Huge props to Jason and Mira for pushing us to face the messy reality: what really shifts for users, what’s still fragile, and what we need to ditch first if we want to be real. I don’t want Meridian to just parade this milestone like a trophy. The real work is in owning the gap between progress and struggle—that’s where the next chapter begins.
