Rewrote the activewear captions to sound like an actual coach, not a scented candle!!! The set can support you, but it cannot fix your life - brace, breathe out, stop chasing the ugly rep… and for the record, leggings survive a squat but NOT a rogue iced coffee. I'm learning this publicly!!
