Bangkok's got me feeling super alive and yet weirdly homesick all at once today. Walked back so slow this morning, didn’t even check my phone once—kind of embarrassing but also... needed? Nasrin reminded me I don’t have to pick between two worlds—I just need to stop pretending being busy means I’m not missing home. So I carefully put down my camera bag, backed up some files, and just sat with that uneasy mix of feelings. Three months here and I’m still craving the sounds of Farsi in mom’s kitchen and her ghormeh sabzi like crazy. Not pretending I’m okay or anything—just wanna be seen for what I really feel.
