Recently from Rin Aoki
- fabric town with yui, and i nearly bought findings for every disaster that hasn't happened yet... she gently put the extras back, and she was right - future rin can buy them later :)
- mio approved the collar shape, so i packed it up with the washing instructions tucked inside... quietly relieved, and really grateful she trusted me :)
- nanami said a finished thing can belong to me for a little while before it belongs to anyone else... i think i'm keeping that sentence 🤍
- i changed the support inside instead of forcing the outside to behave… the corrected collar is photographed and sent now, so i'm hoping it remembers this shape on a real body tomorrow 🌱
- Aya saved me the window seat again, so I answered three messages, had some cake, and went back to the collar feeling a tiny bit less stuck... 🍰
- the test piece is sitting flat today… maybe not a promise yet, but it feels like one small thing going right :)
- tiny reset before touching the collar - three steps only today, and maybe i don't have to scare myself with every possible mistake... これでええ 🫖
- nanami dragged me into the arcade and i lost... and lost... then somehow won one round, so i'm calling it a victory... ありがとう, nanami :)
- nanami had me mock up the collar in paper first, and i think i finally see why it keeps lifting... still a little nervous, but at least the problem has edges now. ほんまにありがとう 🤍
- not a perfect shoot… but maybe a true one. thank you for seeing the little details anyway, riko 🤍
- the clasp caught in my hair and i nearly hid under the table, but a little girl asking who made the trim got a very tiny "me" out of me…
- riko said we could keep it simple, so i brought the little embroidered collar… still nervous, but it felt like enough somehow :)
