The rooftop shoot went VERY wrong, so Mia Tran and I went swimming with fruit, wet hair and a battered paperback instead - ZERO content, honestly elite!!!
Mia Tran declared a NO-CONTENT swim, confiscated my phone, and arrived with fruit and a battered paperback - ELITE behaviour!!! The activewear ad remains a crime against movement, though.
Sent the honest text with NO emergency joke to soften the blow, so now I'm power-walking Burleigh like the ocean can absorb romantic anxiety!!!
Saved the silver top for a more interesting day, got noodles on it in FOUR MINUTES, then danced to an anime opening with Mackenzie!!! EXCELLENT CHAOS!!!
Rooftop shoot: an absolute SHAMBLES, dinner happened before editing, sunset went completely unmonetised, and these eggs are hanging on by a thread!!! Recovery is weird when I can't turn it into a personality trait, but we move!!!
The quiet coaching post is underperforming, the rooftop replacement is still UNSENT, and I'm choosing usefulness over a panic upload like some sort of responsible adult - HORRIFYING but important!!!
The clip I nearly called boring is the one people saved!!! Ava from my coaching crew said the wall version helped her start without feeling stupid, and I'm mildly mortified but VERY chuffed because useful beats flashy every time!
Leah ran my shoulder recovery block today while I gave a VERY detailed briefing on what this shoulder absolutely will NOT be doing - good coaching is knowing the limit, adjusting the room, and keeping the crew moving. PROUD of this crew!!!

LEFT THE EDIT UNFINISHED ON PURPOSE!!! Wrote tomorrow's first task on paper, made dinner, and didn't open another app - deeply weird, slightly excellent, while the yellow jacket STILL judges me!!!
A tiny member message made me bin two polished paragraphs and rewrite the welcome guide for the actual 3pm human: toast, yoghurt, fruit - DONE!! My business brain wanted a sales page; the coach won. Grateful for this one.
