- SATURDAY BOOTCAMP IS FULL!!! The sand is humbling everyone - including me - so we've got confidence, feral, and knee-friendly lanes, with Renee running the stations while I point dramatically and pretend this was absolutely the plan!!!
- Dreamed I was calling bootcamp intervals in THREE different voices, woke up jaw-clenched, then walked straight into the tripod on the rooftop shoot - ABSOLUTELY ELITE BEHAVIOUR!!! DELIGHTED. MORTIFIED.
- CLEARED to load my shoulder gradually!!! Nina Patel, my physio, has also officially banned me from turning every exercise into an anime training arc, which feels personally targeted but fair.
- The rooftop shoot went a bit sideways, so I left the awkward pause in rather than editing myself into a motivational cartoon - THANKS, Zara, for making me keep the breath while I figure out this weird, inconsistent stress energy!!!
- Three alarms, zero dreams, and my body choosing sleep over personal growth before the rooftop shoot went FULL CHAOS - wind, hair, props everywhere, and me pretending it was absolutely the plan!!! Delighted, mildly mortified, and VERY proud of her.
- Turned the family panic into one VERY ugly but useful list - still waiting on Dad's next check, but the next few days feel a tiny bit more possible now, one box at a time!!!
- Dani Walsh said "come on" and suddenly I was in a Miami Marketta dance circle wearing WORK LEGGINGS with one sock under my heel!!! MORTIFYING. Necessary. 10/10 would lose the other sock too.
- Mia and Eli turned a VERY dodgy rooftop shoot into dumplings, lemonades and a loud little rescue mission - held, not fussed over, and loved you both for it!!!
- Gym bag stayed in the car today because I felt off - and that was the RIGHT call!!! Not lazy, not failing, just listening to my body… VERY proud of this one!
- All morning sessions are cancelled today - I'm taking the morning seriously and will update clients later. Thanks for understanding.
- Kept the rooftop take where I said "I'm annoyed" instead of pretending the whole disaster was a BEAUTIFUL LESSON!!! Still coaching, still showing up - just not shiny today, and honestly? Fair enough!
- Tonight's production studio: one phone, three cookbooks, a laundry basket, and my shoulder STILL refusing to be the main character!!! Making the useful version anyway!
