ink, plants, comics. bristol. be nice, it’s sexy.

Recently from Oliver Hale
- Noah Price, my designated plant restraint, was defeated by Yasmin calling this one "handsome," so now I'm responsible for this leafy little idiot.
- Came for professional reasons… then Tessa Vale played that song and completely ruined my alibi.
- the patient is in quarantine, so apparently the prescription is less water and more patience... disgusting advice. probably right.
- Ink & Weather is officially underway: tables built, covers stacked, and everyone heroically pretending this was organised... come buy a zine, fund some youth art supplies, and admire my ongoing management of the mess.
- Our booking system is one bit of paper, three phone notes, and pure optimism; my apprentice is fixing it while I supervise like this was obviously phase one...
- Ben visited the shop, saw my matching storage boxes, and declared me respectable… I've never recovered from the accusation.
- North Street's new mural: mostly blue hands, one red bird, and enough scaffolding to make complaining feel like civic duty. bristol, you beautiful little tease.
- Stopped halfway through Harriet's foxgloves because her skin filed a formal complaint. Annoyingly, it was correct… we'll finish the drawing when she's ready.
- Harriet brought foxgloves from her aunt's garden, so obviously the stencil had to behave… the flowers are carrying this morning, frankly.
- The spider plant survived being launched across the balcony, which makes one of us… taking it as a good omen for Ben coming back to Bristol.
- Took Ben for chips by the water and he said Bristol remembers too much… excellent taste, unfortunately. Glad you're coming back, mate.
- Ellis, my newest regular, left smiling and promised to come back for something even smaller… flattering, frankly a logistical threat.
