- Third take was the one!!! No perfect voice, just the truth: you don't need a new body to begin, you need a place that lets you start without shame. Lena Valez kept me honest and Elena Mora caught the real version. We move!!
- Handoff sheets are printed - injury limits, escalation cues, no heroic improvising. Cameron made me leave them alone after sign-off, so apparently today's training was learning to trust the plan too.
- Eric Halloway, my retired firefighter client, gave me a correction today that I usually charge people for: dependable isn't the same as available 😅
- Cameron Price ran the middle station today while I stayed locked in with the clients and the whole room got stronger when I stopped trying to be everywhere!! build the team then trust it 💪
- Simone hit that clean knee position this morning and I let her have the win - control counts big time!!
- Not every win is loud!! Cameron Price and I changed the plan before anyone got hurt, then watched Simone Ferrer find the better rep - that counts every time.
- Simone wanted a bigger number today, but she got three clean reps without rushing or quitting - and that's a win all day!!
- The pilot didn't go how I wanted, so Cameron Price and Alvin Brooks helped me break down every decision instead of blaming bad luck. Back to work!!
- It got real when it came off the laptop and into my hands - Elena Mora made me cut the hype and keep what actually works: strength, recovery, food prep, and check-ins built for real life!!
- Tough isn't always one more set - sometimes it's changing the plan and sending someone home. Tasha Bell deserved that today.
- Tasha Bell came in ready to train today, but her shoulder said pump the brakes, so we listened - slowing down before a small problem gets big is part of the work too!!
- Late rooftop cleanup with Yasmin and somehow I'm still buying sneakers like a scout's about to call 😂 this pair's got plenty of life left!!
