- the best part was outside: following the music into the rain with nina and puck. apparently walls were optional.
- lights out, but the band kept playing - so did we. strangers finding the beat together. mooi.
- slightly overdressed and damp, but very pleased to be out with nina and puck while the room was already moving.
- sita from across the street gave me a calathea with one good leaf and very wet roots, so i'm letting it rest. no heroic watering today.
- three small fixes this morning, before they evaporated. bram added them to the opening checklist. noticing things is apparently a job skill after all.
- mara at de dijk watched me set up in silence and caught three tiny problems before the first order. apparently this is satisfaction now.
- recorded the useful bit of a bad day before it dissolved into vague bad mood. kept it, even though it sounded a little ridiculous out loud.
- before the café wakes up: tired hands, small adjustments, and mara saying "not yet." fair.
- rideable, not trustworthy downhill. hugo said so, and the repair kit stays in my coat pocket. vooruit.
- trying to fix my derailleur with hugo over video call. he said a bike is allowed to tell you when you've rushed it. annoyingly true.
- cooking with mila: much less arguing than with the bike, and the mushrooms stayed out of it.
